Participant Registration Information:
Registration is available on-line this year! You will receive immediate confirmation of your presentation choices. Please review the payment information below before you begin the registration process.

Registration Fees:
Pre-Conference (Includes lunch) - $70.00
Conference - $140.00 (Includes lunch on Fri. & breakfast on Fri. & Sat.)
The conference registration deadline is February 19, 2010.  If you need to cancel your registration, you will need to submit a request in writing.  The refund deadline is February 11, 2010.  No refund requests will be granted after February 11, 2010, but substitutions will be allowed.

Payment Information:
Please have your payment method secured prior to registering on-line.
Credit Card: You may submit a credit card for payment at the time of registration.
Purchase Order: If you will be paying by purchase order, please have your completed purchase order ready and fax immediately after completing your on-line registration to (573) 445-1831. If we do not receive your purchase order within 5 days of your registration, your registration may be cancelled.
Check: If you will be paying by check, please mail your check immediately after completing your registration on-line. If we do not receive your check within 5 days of your registration, your registration may be cancelled.

If we do not receive a form of payment (copy of purchase order, check, credit card) within 5 days of your registration, your registration may be cancelled.

Lodging Registration: Participants are responsible for making their own room reservations and attaining directions by contacting Tan-Tar-A Resort directly at (800) 826-8272 or (573) 348-3131 or on-line at www.tan-tar-a.com. Select “on-line reservations” and then choose “Conference Attendee”. The group number is YNGY. Participants making reservations by February 10, 2010 will receive the special conference rate of $85.00 plus tax. Reservations made after this date will not be guaranteed the conference rate. Please ask for the “Conference on the Young Years” room block for this special room rate!

Be sure to register early and remember: Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
